大分県生まれ　兵庫県在住。2005年digmeoutオーディション通過後よりイラストレーターとして活動をはじめる。

2005年digmeoutオーディション通過後よりイラストレーターとして活動をはじめる。

2006年ポートランドグループ展参加、ザ・チョイス入選（147回）、準入選（146回）。

2012年ザ・チョイス準入選（185回）、PONTOON装画コンペvol.13準入選。

2012年より主な画法を水性木版画とし、東京・大阪を中心に個展や企画展に参加。　→ digmeout

不定期でワークショップなども開催。

主な仕事に書籍装画【篠原勝之著「骨風」】【森敦著「月山・鳥海山」】

文芸誌表紙や挿絵など。

偶然性やその時の気持ちを取り込んだ存在感のある作品を目指しています。

Kazumi Ozaki

is a illustrator & artist based in Kobe, Japan. 

Woodblock printing is a technique of carving a wood print with a chisel,painting it and printing onto washi paper.I use watercolor and sumi ink, and print it with a single color or multiple colors.

 I utilize the character of the water-based materials’ hues and bleeding patterns.I aim to make works with a sense of ‘realness’ that comes from a sense of spontaneity and how I feel in that moment.
